Cynerge Capital raises funds for targeted equity leverage buyouts. It is focused on the acquisitions of profitable, cash flowing small businesses.

Businesses are usually too small ($500k - $5 Million) to attract traditional private equity buyers. They can be acquired at smaller multiples compared to midsize companies. This allows for a strong opportunity for growth and consolidation.  Collectively, the fund will consist of of stable, cash-flowing businesses. This will allow the ETA Fund to return cash distributions to all investors starting in year one.

We look for a well-rounded “operator-business fit” across four areas:

1. Proven capability – relevant education, industry/leadership experience, and a track record that signals high odds of success.
    
2. Profile alignment – completion of a personality and cognitive assessment to gauge leadership style and growth mindset.
    
3. Shared values – clear cultural fit with both Cynerge Capital and the target company’s core values.
    
4. Systems commitment – willingness to run the business on EOS® and participate in our monthly CEO Journey–moderated Value Builder mastermind.
    

Only candidates who satisfy all four criteria advance to the next stage of due diligence.

None is mandatory. Operators who do invest, however, become eligible for fund dividends. While we demand founders to have “skin in the game,” we recognize that requiring capital could exclude many high-potential operators and reduce our community impact. Instead, we place greater emphasis on an operator’s credit score, which enables us to leverage the SBA 7(a) loan guarantee for most of the LBO financing.

It will initially be measured by the number transactions we close.  Secondarily, it will be measured by the generational wealth created  and legacies changed for entrepreneurs and employees of the portfolio companies. Portfolio companies that CC Fund(s) invests a share TBD of annual profits with employees.
