About Cynerge Capital
Built From an Operator’s Point of View.
We acquire established, cash-flowing businesses with the intent to protect what works and make them stronger over time.

I built Cynerge Capital from the operator’s side of the table. In 2010, I bought an SAP division with 14 customers, about 45 days of cash, one certified consultant, and roughly 10 contractors. I ran that company for 11 years before it was acquired in 2021. So when I evaluate a business, I’m not working from theory. I know what it feels like to take the keys and become responsible for the customers, the people, and every dollar of cash flow.
Cynerge acquires established, cash-flowing businesses and works to make them more valuable without tearing apart what already works. We look for durable demand, sound economics, capable people, and systems that can carry the business beyond one owner. After closing, we listen first. We learn where value is being created, where the business is exposed, and what deserves to be protected before we change it.
My mission is bigger than completing transactions. I want to help entrepreneurs grow valuable businesses and create ownership that can last across generations. That work takes preparation, patience, and judgment. The will to win is worthless if you don’t have the will to prepare.
Numbers tell us whether an opportunity deserves attention. The people and the operating reality tell us whether the business can keep working when responsibility changes hands. That is the perspective I bring to Cynerge Capital.
We buy carefully, lead responsibly, and work to leave every business stronger than we found it.
